Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Though Ashley hasn't spoken much about her parents but she has credited her grandfather with the inspiration for her enthusiasm for working out since he was an incredibly popular bodybuilder in his 20s and 30s. Ashley has always exercised since she was a little girl. She started classes in swimming at the age of four and continued throughout the subsequent 10 years. She entered numerous competitions however she was not as committed because she was not ready to be put on an incredibly strict diet to ensure that her body could give all it can. It's believed that Ashley enjoyed a lot of attention in high school because of her beautiful looks and curvy physique. It isn't yet known if she dated during this period. Following her graduation, Ashley was able to decide not to attend in college, but instead pursue her dream of becoming an exercise model. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized that she was not content with how her body was looking. In the direction of her grandpa, she decided to join the gym but took the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize the extent to which she would go on for over the next 9 years shaping her body and gradually becoming a fitness star. Ashley was inspired by her win and enrolled in at the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She placed 7th and was motivated to push more. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. She was receiving offers for photoshoots while she was competing and didn't want to mix her careers however when she stopped competing she decided to become a fitness model. Her cover was published in a well-known fitness publication, which launched the fitness modelling career. She signed with an agency straight away after. She has received a high demand for modeling. She has also posed for many bikini and clothing brand names.
